1. Redeemer Lutheran Church sponsors a coed softball team that plays each spring in a league organized by the Bettendorf Parks and Recreation Department.
   

1. The league plays its games from late April through July on Thursday evenings at Crow Creek Park near 53rd Street and Devil's Glenn Road.
   

1. Games take one hour. Generally, games are scheduled for 6 pm, but may also be listed for 7 pm or 8pm, depending on scheduling or weather
   

conditions.

1. A tournament is held at the end of the season.
   

1. Bleacher bums are more than welcome.
   

1. A team requires ten players, five men and five women.
   

1. Players must be 18 years of age to participate.
   

1. The slow pitch softball league is a great way to get to know other singles and couples in the area.
