Confirmation
Confirmation at Redeemer Lutheran Church is a two year process, and takes place not only on Wednesday evening, but throughout the youths’ lives, as they apply what they are learning to their every day activities. The confirmation registration form and confirmation covenant form are available for you to print out and return to the church office.
Sunday morning confirmation classes are held from 9:30-10:30 am, and Wednesday evening confirmation classes are held from 7:00-8:00 pm, October through May.
Students attend classes in their 7th and 8th grade years, and are confirmed in the fall of their 9th grade year. Confirmation guidelines will answer any questions you may have regarding the confirmation process.
Confirmation students enjoy the small group-based Augsburg Fortress: Here We Stand confirmation curriculum that encourages active participation in the learning process, through skits, quiz bowls, and small group discussions.
