all night ski friday, February 22nd will be an all night ski in Dubuque. redeemer youth in grades 6-12 are welcome to attend. we will take a charter bus with St. Paul's and Faith. we leave Davenport around 9:00pm and return about 6:00am. definite itinerary and prices will be mailed home this week. the registration deadline will be January 27th. yes, we will need chaperones for this trip.

sr high youth zone high school youth are encouraged to attend the Chicago Youth Zone March 28-30, 2008. this weekend event is programmed by Youth Encounter. the theme is Let Go and is based on Matthew 11:28-31. the headliner is Poor Man's Riches and the service is Lutheran World Relief. the event is at the Pheasant Run Resort again this year. students are asked to submit a $50 deposit by November 11 and a final payment of $50 by January 27, Redeemer will pay the remainder of the cost. any interested youth or chaperones should talk to Tara. you can find more information at www.youthencounter.org/zones/.

confirmation camp camp is June 22-27th at Lutheran Lakeside. All 8th graders are required to attend as stated in our confirmation guidelines. Any 7th grade students interested should also attend. The registration form has been mailed out or can be found on the youth website. Please complete the registration form and a $100 deposit check made out to Lutheran Lakeside Camp or charge your VISA or MASTERCARD by March 1st to Tara. The camp costs $335 and the roundtrip bus ride to and from camp is paid for by Redeemer. If this is a financial issue for your family please speak with Pastor.
